At this point, Platinum got impatient and started to take off, Goh clutched in her talons. "Well, looks like we're off. See you guys in Rustboro." She said, just casually hanging there.

[Sakura Leic]

".....Soooooooo does anyone still need to borrow my Aerodacyl?" Z sweat dropped at the impatient Skarmory.

[Quickman]

"I ain't flyin' ye t' Rustboro!  Dinnae how y' figured I'd make a good lorry!"

Illana let out a groan. "I'll take it.  Zubat's being a butt.  He can fly well enough."

[Sakura Leic]

"Okay Starscream come out of here!" Z called as her Aerodactyl came out with a cry "I need you to get this girl to Rustboro, and then I want you to come back to my Secret Base okay?"

Starscream nodded as he lowered himself to allow Illana to board him.

[Dr. Wily II]

"Well... I have my..."

Gai threw out his PokeBall, and out pops a shiny Swellow.

"... He was such a pain to catch as a Taillow with Brave Bird."

"Well... I AM a brave bird."

Gai facepalmed.

[Sakura Leic]

"Neat, just be careful.  A Swellow that fine will attract a lot of attention." Z warned him.

[Dr. Wily II]

"Given the populace is more intrigued by mono-Pokemon... But duly noted."

Gai slowly mounted into his Swellow, and with one flap, was above ground.

[Quickman]

Illana hopped onto Starscream and off they flew to Rustboro, with Zubat complaining about the flight reminded him of Articuno.

Z looked off in the distance as she sighed.

"I can't wait until I can take this stupid outfit off." Z said as she started to walk towards the Petalburg Woods to get to her Secret Base at Rusturf Tunnel "Seriously that's the last time I let Xuangzang give me advice on disguises."

In a few minutes, Goh had touched down in Rustboro near the university, returning Platinum to her ball. "I think I might need a disguise if I'm gonna gather information..." She said to herself, pulling a pokeball off her belt and letting out a ditto.

[And I just finished using a trainer maker to make what Goh approximately looks like.]

Gai soon landed behind Goh, and as he dismounted from his Swellow, he accidentally tripped over Swellow, and both of them tumbled into the ground like a ball of yarn.

"... Owowowow..."

[Quickman]

Illana arrived a few minutes later and hopped off of Starscream, who flew away. "Thanks for the lift!"

Zubat looked around. "Methinks we should start lookin' fer 'at spastic.  Dinnae look like th' type'd vanish wi'out some 'elp..."

"Shush," Illana hissed. "You yammering away on my shoulder is gonna make us stand out, you know?"

(Quickly made Illana with a trainer maker.

I actually do have old designs of her, but she looked way too much like Whitney and needed a new design anyway.)

"Don't worry about your zubat's chattering. Normal folks can't understand a word he's saying." Goh said, calling out her ditto. "Alright, Meatball, it's espionage time." She said, the ditto nodding and starting to cover her body and transform. In a matter of moments, she looked like a pale-skinned, chubby girl, with bright blue hair and an outfit similar to what Team Magma had previously worn, albeit dark green and lacking the M and horns. "There we go. Now I won't get recognized in case that short guy sent out the warning about me already."

[Quickman]

"Makes y' wish y' thot o' bringin' along yer Astroglide, innit?"

Illana hurriedly shushed Zubat as her face flushed at her Ditto's name.  In her defense, she had gotten the Ditto in a trade, and its previous Trainer had named it that. "Ix nay on the Stroglide-aye!" 

[Dr. Wily II]

"And I'm fine!"

Gai, still laying on the ground, recalled Swellow. He slowly got back to his feet, and dusted himself off, releasing a dust cloud. Coughing a bit, he stared at another newcomer, since he didn't catch Goh using her Ditto to Transform.

"... Who are you?"

[Sapphire Knight]

"See? Perfect disguise." Goh said, grinning as she turned to Gai. "It's me, I'm using my ditto." She said, pulling her face sideways to cause the face disguise to stretch cartoonishly before letting go and causing it to snap back.

[Quickman]

"...Bloody hell..."

Illana will never forget that trip into the Uncanny Valley, "I've seen things, Zubat."

"An' 'ey cannae be unseen..."

[Dr. Wily II]

"... Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight..."

Gai slowly approached Illana, and whispered to her.

"Is this really such a good idea?"

[Sapphire Knight]

"I heard that." Goh grumbled, her red eyes still clearly visible through the disguise. "Anyway, I'm heading in. If you guys think this is a bad idea, now's the time to turn back." She said, heading into the University.

[Dr. Wily II]

Gai meeped, and followed along. A NPC life sounds pretty good right about now...

Illana followed, reminding Zubat to stay quiet, as even though others wouldn't understand him, his chattering would still grab too much attention.

Goh looked around before heading towards the information booth for Team Fauna.

The Rustboro University. A place for Trainers and academics alike to gather, share and exchange various forms of information. A melting pot of fact... And maybe some fiction until proven otherwise.

The group of three wandered around the entrance area before Goh made her way towards the information booth, which is just beside the reception counter. The booth was filled to the brim with Team Fauna pamphlets, and... Merchandise. From T-shirts to badges, from coasters to even tissue packets. Guess Team Fauna needs funding too for all the pamphlets they give out.

Gai noticed a mug, with the words For all universal normalised antiques. Very subtle indeed.

[Quickman]

Zubat gave a low whistle. "Gotta 'and it to th' wankers... 'ey know 'ow t' run a biz'ness..."

Illana nodded. "You'd think other Teams would catch on.  Marketing your team is pretty ingenious, you know?"

"Still, a Team Fauna t-shirt would make y' look like a prat."
