Who is Forte Wily? Please Help me Out, as They Could Help me Greatly.

I, as well as many other people, have been looking for a certain, rare, game, and I was told about a person who used to use this website under the name "Forte Wily" who has it. I was hoping to find them here and chat with them, but I can't seem to find their profile. And yes, this does sound sort of sketchy, but I could really use some help here. Any would be greatly appreciated. If anyone is wondering, the game is "Rockman & Crystal", and anyone who has heard of the game knows why I've done what I can to talk to a specific person in order to find it.
