The first track is the theme of love from MOTHER 3- "We Miss You"

[spoiler]The second track is a different version that plays at the end of final boss fight against the Masked Man in MOTHER 3, who turns out to be Lucas's lost brother. After one last message from their deceased mother, the Masked Man (Claus) takes off his helmet and fires an electric attack at Lucas's Franklin Badge, killing himself.
