about the lenght of the stages, yeah i dont know why but i felt the stages in megaman games were quite short, specialy some one the ones found in megaman 2, ill try to have at least 2 areas for every stage, because one of the things that i loved about megaman 5 and 6, is that the stage do seem like they are really progressing in the sense of deep and ambiental aura, because i fell to give the stages a less closed level feeling.
as for the larger screen, well, i intent my game to have 8 way scrolling in some areas, just to have a few levels in some more emphasis on exploring if it's that possible, i know a lot of people would tell me that is not true NES limits, but i just wanted to trow some new stuff while having it look retro but still seeming fresh at the same time, in fact i want to reveal a secret
[spoiler]there's gonna be at least 2 metroidvania style levels and two levels when you go from right to left.[/spoilers]
but of course i accept suggestions, in fact one of the things with bothers me a bit is the making of tiles, because i want them to have an authenthic Megaman 5-6 look, not just the shading, but the form of the tiles as well, and tiles that create bagkgrounds objects, not just single tiles as single objects
, in fact, i need to tell you guys something,
[spoiler]If it's ok if i studie the tiles for megaman's 7 & 8 FC, at least the block circuit floor tiles to have an idea how to make them properly and make them look truly megamanish, NOT triying to use those or STOLE, nor EDIT those, is just that looking at my old tilesets, THEY dont looked like they belonged in a megaman game.[/spoiler].

guys, i really need to say this now, im glad for all the support i be given with the project, even tough is little, but i cant seem to go any further right now, i really dont want to cancel the whole thing because this is one of my dreams, but i really cant stand how incredibly laggy and slow my computer is, and really it seems that for the most part, i feel alone in making the assets like tilessets and sprites, and on top on that, my computer cant run the engine for testing, so what's the point.
im sorry about this, i need to get a much better computer guys, and the truth is, i dont have a job, and because of how slow and pasmatic my machine is, i spend whole day on the computer and do little within the poject and other things, i cant stand this anymore.
please guys, forgive me for this, i also was not satisfied with the look of most of my tiles because i saw those, and they dont seem to fit a megaman game.
im sorry about this guys, i promise the project will come back not so long in the future when i get done with the things in my life, and better organize this thing, because i know that most people are already bussy with his other pojects, i really dint want to do this, :'(m but right now the situation gave me no option.
ill still interact within the group of this forum, and i want to thank everyone who gave me support

UPDATE: hey guys after thinkin a bit more, i decided that the project is not officially canceled, but im not going to post anything unless i actually have done something that could be considered a real update, and that's not gonna happen until i get a better computer so i can translate all my assets to the engine and start working on the levels and time, in the meantime i need to work on other things and get a job guys.
so for now, the project is locked until new announcement, thanks for your attention.
