Base it on the number of times you've seen them online and the number of posts they've made.

I only took a second to think of that, and my solution was quickly proven to be faulty in the following post.

Also, I suggest the "Sailor Mouth" award.

It awards people based on the amount of times they swear throughout the year.

I don't recall PB or Vixy swearing that much, so that gives other members a chance.
