Translating a psp Iso game (code geass lost colors)

Simply, I have cracked through most of the extensions (formats) except the .P files. The game is very similar to DS games, Having Japanese dialogues all along. I have cracked through most of the files and haven't found any sign of any Japanese script. Not to forget mentioning that we're working on translating this game. I have heard that some guys actually translated games by using HEX editors.  Here it didn't work for me, because the files seem encrypted and i haven't found any Japanese script.
