I have a feeling his final smash may have something to do with using Rush.

Not sure I like that Rush has a perma-spring though. It looks weird.

i DO love how ALL of Rock's animations are NES based. From getting hit, to running and gunning, to using the Super Arm.

According to the Smash Bros page (www.smashbros.com), it was drawn by Ryuji Higurashi over at Capcom. Apparently the Megaman Knowledge Base says he's done plenty of art for the series. http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Riuji_Higurashi

I wonder what his Final Smash will be.

Double Mega Buster? That would be too similar to Zero Laser though.

Also, the DETAILS.

Something small noticed in the Japanese reveal.

They took into account the Robot Master numbers (DRN instead of DLN) and Robot Master names too (Clash Man instead of Crash Man). XD

Flame Blast is just a down smash. Still, props for making those special weapons a thousand times cooler than their original counterparts. Hard Knuckle looks extremely fun to abuse.

Going by Smash conventions:

Neutral A - Mega Buster
Side A - [Walking] Mega Buster
Down A - Sliding
Up A - Mega Upper
Running A - Top Spin

Side Smash - Charge Mega Buster
Down Smash - Flame Blast

Yeah, this design feels like a chibi-fied version of Ariga's and I just love that.
