I've seen kangaroos like three times. At least. That's three times more than you have.

Tickle Buffalo

Not unless you've only seen them on TV two times or less.

I'm pretty tired so I think I should go to sleep rather than shitting up this thread even more. Going now.

Gone.

I bet that sounds hilarious... unless you're swedish that is.

Well, the bosses are pretty ridiculous... but man, are they awesome. Getting all the blades isn't that tough though. For Soul, you can just keep battling the spider boss with Momohime.

And you'll also level at the speed of light. Awesome.

Anyways, I was kinda expecting it, but;
You battle the character you're not using for the second ending.

The battle with Momohime/Kisuke depending on who you're using was pretty awesome. The quick draw thing was also a nice touch.

Though, later on, you can battle the character you're using and the other character at the same time.
lol shadow characters.

Pretty awesome though.
CephiYumi
the "shadow" versions are pretty easy, but fun ^^
also the best way to level is through the centipede boss~

Oh right. I never actually went to find the gate for that boss. I just happened to have cleared the game, and went to the first white barrier I found. 8D

But yeah, I guess that makes sense.

I finally got around to playing the game. I've spent about 90 minutes on it already. And it has yet to make me go "Wow." It's a great game, don't get me wrong, but the hype made it sound like it was going to be something more.

Maybe that'll change when I progress further.

What happens in Vegas stays on Youtube. I also stream on Twitch from time to time.

Solar

Are you playing on Muso or Shura? That can make a lot of difference at times.

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

Satoryu

Muso. And don't tell me it's more fun on Shura because it's harder.

And it has yet to make me go "Wow."

Probably because of the repetitive parts, a.k.a. the battles with regular enemies.

Night

I saw the game at the store a few days ago, but I didn't bring any money.
I'll be sure to get it next time.

I've yet to play it.  But I imagine it was hyped up so much because:
1. It's pretty.
2. 2D non-budget games on a console are unheard of these days.

I'm glad to see someone taking a stab at it.  Money's tight at the moment, but Muramasa is on my radar.  Unfortunately there's no way I'm adding it to my library before Bowser's Inside Story, but oh well.

Holy [parasitic bomb]. A necropost.

So I got this for Christmas. It's gorgeous.

It's keeping me occupied. But I'm almost done. Got every blade. All three endings for Momo, 2/3 endings for Kisuke. And still have around 600,000 souls left.
So this game basically improved almost everything Odin Sphere had to offer.

It has the same beautiful graphics, screen-filling bosses, an atmospheric soundtrack, fantastic animations and backgrounds, likeable characters, replay value and so on.
The combat is faster and a lot less repetitive. There's more variety on stages and enemies. There are optional bosses! Cooking food and going to a restaurant still makes me damn hungry.

But it lacks the lag. And that is great.

Harruhy

Yes, it is quite fantastic.

Also, Momo has a much better story than Kisuke IMO.

Jericho

Glad to see you liked it Acid, although I knew that much from a while back. Meanwhile, this bump reminds me that I need to go through that OHKO mode sometime soon. XD

Also, I still need to find the soundtrack for the game. That section when you're platforming to heaven as Momo or across the mountains as Kisuke has the best music in the game, both normally and in battle mode.

I can share your feelings. BTW, will doing the optional bosses give you enough souls to forge most of the blades remaining after finishing both stories? I really don't feel like grinding for a lot of time, which is why I started playing other games that I haven't finished instead of getting 100% completition here.

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

Acid

I just fought every battle on the way and NEVER had to grind to have enough souls for forging. If you still feel unsure equip one of these things that increase the amount of souls you gain.

Getting spirits tends to be a bit harder though. Just a bit. Depending on your money. Whenever I needed spirit energy I went to Kyoto and ate Lobster Tempura until they were sold out.
