I went out to get my laundry and encountered an Imperial moth.  It's a pink-and-yellow moth with a 2-inch wingspan.  It was confused by a porch light, so I captured it and relocated it.

They are very pretty.



And quite large, though by far not the largest native moth.  The Cecropia moth has a nearly 5-inch wingspan.

Finally my legs are starting to feel a bit of pain but not much.

Finally, after wasting a nice pile of paper, I figured out the settings for copying comic boards onto paper I can scan.  Zoom at 87%, and print on 8.5 x 14 legal paper.

Because hemp is actually a good ingredient and good for you.  I've eaten hemp pretzels and hemp brownies.  They're good, and the hemp gives the dish a distinctive flavor.  It won't make you stoned.

But I thought Hemp wasn't marijuana, they're in the same family for sure but it's not marijuana.

Marijuana is a type of hemp.  It is just as versatile as hemp, so you can make fabrics out of it.

Just cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom.  Break time.  Me tired.  Had to scrub the floor on my hands and knees.

Ooooooh yeah.  If you're using your muscles in a way you're not used to, you will be sore for a few days.

Which is good since I really needed some muscle.

And as muscle is denser than fat, if you notice that you're either gaining weight or not losing any, it's due to that.  I've put on about fifteen pounds of muscle.

Yeah I still need to figure out something for my waist, I'd use my hula hoop but it's too hot outside and I need a mat for the jump rope.

It's a nice workout and you can tone your waist.  Doing core exercises also helps, like crunches and situps.

Yeah the trainer had me do some crunches as my last exercise.
