Eh I don't know if I want to change the OS. 

It's still Android, just less stuff that Samsung likes throwing in. It's usually the difference between having a FroYo device and a Gingerbread device, or having an Ice Cream Sandwich device when the carrier/manufacturer stopped making new OS updates before Jelly Bean.
