Well this was to be expected.

All this stuff from my childhood is either disappearing or closing down.

Honestly, the only people I feel sorry for are the people who are losing their jobs. Other than that, [tornado fang] BLOCKBUSTER! I've been waiting for this day for SOOOOO long, after they pretty much shut down my local, AWESOME movie/video game rental stores near me. Those people were so nice, plus they had Road Blasters.

Looking at eichi didn't help, as now all I want to draw are dirty things.  I was going to draw some more goofy sketches, perhaps some Espurr nightmare fuel, but now I just want to draw dirty things.

I'm used to sales tax.  Pennsylvania has a 6% sales tax, so I'm used to paying that.

Online, nope. Just with Nintendo and now not even with them because I'm not paying tax on Nintendo's Online stuff when I don't have to with Sony. Fixed that [parasitic bomb] as soon as I was able to, taxing on non-tangible digital items is bullshit anyway.

It's less concerning that the item is intangible and more concerning that you're paying for a company in another State or Country to get Tax support. Taxes are supposed to help government provide civil services, and when you pay for Taxes to a "foreign" entity, you're basically donating to another State or Country's budget.

Nintendo doesn't have an online tax where I live, so yeah. I know it's a common method for some people to input a zip code that doesn't have online taxes to avoid those, so I guess that's an option if you want to go there.
