For whatever reason, Ringman makes her nervous, so she's been hiding more often since he's dropped by.  Last night, she roamed around and cried, because she wanted outside.

My cat usually hides in stuff in the computer room or sits on beds and chairs.

It was raining like crazy a couple days ago.

Now it's pretty humid.

Well, I have my diagnosis for my PS2.

I tried adjusting the laser angle cog thingamageary several times, and I still have not gotten it to work. The motor will start and stop immediately, as if either the motor won't work or there was nothing in there. Turning the system sideways and putting tape has not worked. My diagnosis is motor-itis, which can only be fixed by replacing the motor, which costs money I don't have. Luckily a friend of mine who I saw at the party today told me he was willing to part with his extra PS2 on the condition that I share with him the games that I get for mine (since he still doesn't have any good games for it, so he never plays his). So in the off chance that happens (which is a big if since he's D**e, and D**e isn't a very consistent guy), at least I will have the ability to play games.

He's not getting Rogue Galaxy though. I'm playing that first <3

what

So I went to this Comic Yard sale just to check it out and expected not to get anything, but in the end I walked out with a stack of comics. Le sigh.

I finally got an address, so I can send some of my crappy comics to Linkara.  Chose them on the basis of bad art, bad story, and bad art and story.  One of them was a bit of a surprise to its badness, as I had seen decent reviews for it.  But, Arkanium #1 blew in both the story and art department.

Perfect for Linkara.

Sleeping all day isn't fun. I bet I would've gotten up if we weren't having Hot Dogs for dinner.

I have a Legion of Super-Heroes with one of those "New Bloods" from the Bloodlines event DC did back in 1993. The character they introduced a character named "Jamm" (He's Prodigious, Dude!) who gained the ability to make people do what he wanted by telling them to do it. How did he use this power? By making women take off their clothes. He tried it on a gynoid and got a slap to the face for his trouble.

I do not think I could ever send this issue to him. 8D

Enjoyably bad comics I would keep.  The others...  Brigade blew.  Bloodstrike Assassins was meh.  Gambit and the X-ternals was dull and the art blew, Mantra blew, and Arkanium blew.

There's a lot of blowing going around.

Especially at DC where the editors practically write the books if your name is not "Johns," "Snyder," or "Lemire."

I swear facebook is just pulling random people out of its ass for the "People you may know" stuff now.

I mean I don't have Location, Employment, School or anything filled out, how can you be suggesting people to me at all?  o-O

They suggest random people to me, too.  I sometimes get friend requests from random people whom I don't know and strike me as partying airheads, judging by the images they have posted.

I just find it hilarious is all, I mean they've hit close to home a few times (By that I mean they've suggested somebody that either lives/lived in my city or people that were on my old account) but other than that I can only assume they're going off of my name or interests, so they're grasping at the thinnest of straws.

I only accept friend requests and only if I can recognize them.

I'm pretty much the same way, I don't feel good about sending friend requests honestly, I feel its too forward. :\
Though since I don't have anything filled out I don't get friend requests either. Kind of defeats the purpose but what are you gonna do?

I accept friend request regardless anyways, especially if evidence points to them being from my Boyd Anderson days. I was too antisocial then! XD

Since I don't get friend requests and I don't send friend requests I'm probably more antisocial than you were.  -u-'

literally the only thing i have ever consistently used facebook for is messaging one of my close friends. if I'm forced into buying a cellphone with some basic texting plan that will likely change.

that being said i don't usually accept much requests because i don't even notice them or suggestions when actually signing on. I think i've got like 30 people from school though.

I figured out what Mabel wanted.  She wasn't hungry, she didn't want me to clean the litterbox that very second, she wanted me to turn off the a/c and open the windows so she can sit on the sill.
