I type with one hand when I'm using the other hand to hold my phone.  I also sometimes type with one hand when I'm tired and don't feel like using both hands.

I also type weird.  Index finger on left hand, middle finger on right, unless I'm using my tablet, in which I use my index finger on my right hand.  Two-finger typing for the win.
