Michael Moorcock? Yep. Also, one of our state legislators has the surname Moorcock. It's relatively common, as is Moorhead.

And then there was Judge Trebilcock... His surname got a few chuckles out of me.

And in terms of really bad names, here's a couple from the graduating class of a local high school: Day-Quil Wormley and Steven United States. A student in a college I went to was named Harry Palm. Even the faculty thought he was fake.
