Xbox must not like Wikipedia then. XD

For me Metro 2033 runs at least 30-40 frames on High DirectX 10 settings though I wish can go for full sexy frames per second; probably have to go down to DX 9 settings for that.

Might I suggest S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadows of Chernobyl? Similar setting to Metro 2033 though Shadows of Chernobyl is more of an open-world game from a review I just watched. There's some some bugs in Shadows of Chernobyl but there is a mod that fixes most of them and it enhances the graphics.

Amatiramisu

I actually wanted to try S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Clear Sky first, since it's a prequel and all.

But I need money before any of that.

Dr. Wily II

After 3.5 years...
I finally played, and beat MM10. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Quickman

I am sore from exercising.  At one point during my last rep, my arms could not do any more.  So, my last pushup in that rep ended up just being me splayed on the floor.

Oh well.  Better luck next time.

Dr. Wily II

... Splayed on the floor.

That reminded me of a stray cat I saw in the neighbourhood. When it splayed out on the floor, it literally looked like a pancake on the floor. XD

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Quickman

When your arms decide that you're not going to do that last pushup, that's how you end up--splayed like a pancake on the floor. XD

My boss is going to be so mad at me tomorrow. Traded today (Saturday being busy days in which I and only I, ME, get numbers of the store) with someone else who just happens to not care how the store does aka miss doesnt get numbers at all. First Saturday off since I started this crap job! :3

Quickman

I've got a somewhat early day tomorrow.  Need to get up and go into town.  Fun.  Getting some sleep now.

Ahrzayl

I keep imagining you live in a town similiar to the one in Kiki's Delivery Service. >.<

Quickman

Well, I do live in Gettysburg, so I guess that's close enough. XD

Protoman Blues

Since I have the rare Sunday off, and it's suppose to be nice, I think a bike ride in Flushing Meadow Park is in order!

Oh yeah, did I mention I bought a bike? XD

-screams- I wanna live there!!!!!

Not around tourist season when the traffic gets horrible, you don't. :P In general, during the height of the tourist season, locals will actively avoid downtown, due to traffic snarls.  However, during the off-season, it's quite nice.  Lots of farmland, plenty of walking trails on the Battlefield, plenty of history.

The transit system in-town is pretty decent, though during the height of the season, it can get crowded, delayed, and snarled as badly as the Square that out-of-towners can't seem to ever navigate properly.

I avoided town for most of the 150th, but had to make a grocery trip and traffic was backed up.  Tourists will blindly jaywalk into the street every few feet, and even across the Square, which makes the traffic even worse.  The curb-to-curb buses weren't running then, either.  They were all needed for shuttling people to and from the reenactments.

Anyway, I'm tired, so I'm going to bed.

This sounds almost like Gamestop tyranny...

There use to be FYE's in the city, but there are no more.

I'm curious, do these "numbers" you get determine whether or not you get hours/fired or not?

Ahrzayl

Yeah...its crap. Its like driving a sword into the heart of a loved one to save the world.

They really aren't.

Protoman Blues

I've been in them, but I don't think I've ever bought anything from there.

When a store has big cardboard cutouts of Twilight, and Justin Bieber for sale that's a red flag to me.

Why would somebody buy a cardboard standee.

What are they gonna do with it? Just have it staring over their bed? Jizz on it? Pretend its their lover?   o-O
