My brother put together a PC out of scrap parts. 'Til I get my new rig I'm using it. This thing's actually up to speed. Win7 and internet capable and everything. Actually kind of debating installing HL2. It could probably run it on mid-low.

So, I got Mabel a scratch pad and a placemat for under her food dish.  She hates the placemat and will now take food out of the dish to eat on the floor.  As for the scratch pad, she loves the catnip that was put in it, but she hasn't scratched it, and last I looked at it, there was a wet spot.  I hope she didn't pee on it.

My final verdict on the mysterious wet spot on the scratch pad: It's not pee.  It doesn't smell like pee.  It smells like catnip.  And cardboard.
