Yes, do Grandmaster but reclass when you max that. Also recommend getting some of the DLC maps, particularly Lost Bloodlines and Smash Brethren. And Rouges & Redeemers after that.

For EXP? Yes.

The ones I mentioned have special Skills/Classes you can't get otherwise.

Well, at least Atlus USA seems to be unaffected.
