Finished Arrow season 2.

There's some inconsistencies that I've noticed
[spoiler]If you recall the first episode of season 1, Oliver escapes the island by alerting a Chinese fishing boat. He also had savage, mangy hair that covered most of his face.

However, at the end of season 2, Amanda Waller and her team retrieve him, instead. Oliver's hair is much more manageable and he doesn't seem nearly as desperate, for lack of a better word, as he was in the season 1 episode.[/spoiler]

Gonna watch that season 3 trailer, now!

*Sriracha is 1,000-2,500 on the Scoville scale*

....What the hell does Chipotle do to their peppers that I can take their hot sauce much better than Sriracha sauce?

I haven't been able to determine the type of pepper used in sriracha.

Hm, cayenne peppers are about 30,000-50,000 Scoville units and I eat those plain.  Yep.  Pluck them off the vine and eat them.  I didn't realize that they were hotter than jalapeño.

Yeah I don't know either, chili paste doesn't exactly give any hints.

Okay, sriracha uses serrano peppers, which are at around 10,000-23,000 Scoville units.  Slightly less heat than cayenne.

The original recipe used a variety of Thai peppers, most likely a bird's eye chili, which is on the low end of 50,000-100,000 Scoville units.
