The ice bucket challenge, though, I see as being a sissy version of the Polar Bear Plunge.  I swim in frigid mountain lakes and streams.  A bucket of ice water is nothing.

Oh the furniture people were here earlier than I thought, I was getting ready to sweep when they got here.  Luckily I finished before they started to set up.

Feeling kind of poopy this evening.  My headache is still going strong, my allergies are making my nose run like Niagara, and I feel simply listless.  I ordered a pizza for dinner, but tonight I'll be spending it couch-bound before I drag myself to bed and sleep.

I hope I didn't catch something from the kids.

Wow Snowball actually looks scared, she's hiding behind the couch.

Mabel is asleep on my bed.  Guess she's feeling poopy, too.  She's had a busy week, so I don't blame her.

Finally finished plugging everything in under the bed, the bed has a small door I can crawl through under the bed so I can do that, but it was hot.

Uuuuugggggghhhhhh...  Headache still hasn't let up.  I tried drawing to at least take my mind off of it, but I can't concentrate.

Fed Snowball some hairball treats, hope that helps her stomach a bit.

Went for another walk to get some fresh air.  Still feeling poopy.  I took some more Tylenol and it's been helping a bit.

I keep my phone next to my head when I sleep.

This bed is a lot more comfy now that I have a bed frame that doesn't moves with every little movement I make.

Really? Wow. Phone vibrations usually suck to begin with. I'm amazed that's enough to wake you up. Unless you're a light sleeper, I mean.

I'm a really light sleeper, but I don't think I could wake up to vibrations, I need sound to get me going.

Also I think I decided that I will name Sarah's Master Jack Daniels over Master Frankfuerter.  Yes I'm serious.

Personally, I think you should use an annoying ringtone and put the phone on the other side of the room.  Having it by your head invites you to quickly switch off the alarm and fall back to sleep before the memory of doing that even registers.

Set your alarm to two hours before you have to leave.  This allows you time to shower, get breakfast, pack lunch, and account for weather and traffic.  Put the phone on the other side of the room to force yourself to get out of bed.  You'll be less likely to go back to bed once you've walked across the room.

I'm glad the old box spring and bed frame will be gone tomorrow, it's really awkward to have to move around it to get out of the room.

And in regards to spongebob, its basically the same symptom the simpsons is going through.

Its gone on for too long.

The new Spongebob movie is actually the first Spongebob thing to have Stephen Hillenberg (you know, the show's creator) actively involved since the first Spongebob movie, actually. He helped write it.

The main reason Spongebob has been meh since after the first movie is because he wasn't actively involved with it, and left after the movie. But he's back for the second movie, so that gives some hope for it.

Honestly I think a lot of the more recent Simpsons episodes get a lot more hate than they deserve cause some folks have the early episodes on some pedestal that no new episodes could ever match. And honestly, there are just as many episodes in the early seasons that make me go "meh" as there are in more recent ones.

That's just how I see it though.

I'm going to get into my PJs, brew up some mint tea, and then go to bed.  Still feeling like [parasitic bomb] and my nose is running like crazy.  Just did some sneeze marathons a little bit ago, and I feel another coming on.

Seriously it is, that's why I don't watch either anymore.  At least I liked them at some point, but I always hated American Dad....just [tornado fang] that show.
