I know but what I meant was the way that Quickie does it to get rid of bots.  I don't think banning them is enough.

It really hinges on forum software and getting into the guts of the forum to customize it.  What software is it using?

Its a more recent version of Simple Machines than the one this board uses.

You should be able to find mods for it, then.  The bot cleanup may be tedious, or you could reset the forum and just delete everything, make registrations be approved, and install mods that will deter bots from registering, as well as mods to help the forum recognize bots and optionally refuse them.

Speaking of which, I'll need to get back to Vixy about the mod I found to deter more bots.
