Umm... I used the code and now have the PC version of the game so I don't think that's the case. -u-'

That was what they said back when they first opened the program.

Flame

Gonna Phoenix Down this thread-

I got LR, and it's actually pretty good. The battle system is really fun.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Fxeni

Yeah, it's fun. The writing (so far) is better than it's predecessors, although I hear at the end it's not so great... but I'll decide that for myself once I get there, I guess.

Blue Valkyrie

The writing in Final Fantasy has been a mixed bag since nine, I kind expect insane plots from SquarEnix nowadays.  XD

That being said Lightning Returns is pretty good, although seriously a certain returning boss from FFXIII-2 can go to hell.  o//////o

Mirby

I'm more looking forward to the imminent release of that Type-0 translation. Should be within the next couple of months...

Heh, I know which one you mean... and yes, yes he can.

Phi

The first Theatrhythm was a lot more addictive than I anticipated. Will definitely buy this.

Fxeni

TACTIIIIICS!

*ahem* Yup, probably going to grab it. The first one was one of the few rhythm games I've enjoyed.

Mirby

This version has 221 songs and over 60 characters from the first 14 FF games in addition to side games like Mystic Quest, Crystal Chronicles, Type-0, Lightning Returns, and more!

So yeah it'll definitely be worth it. DLC has already been confirmed, though right now it appears to just be from Romancing SaGa 3.

Also have fun creating a temporal paradox by having both FFX Yuna and X-2 Yuna in your party, since the game treats them as separate characters! But don't worry, Serah and Noel are also in the game so they can clean up whatever paradox this might cause.

Blue Valkyrie

Romancing SaGa always had great music; nice to see the series get some love.

Mirby

Apparently, I missed this, but Eternity: Memory of Lightwaves from X-2 is also confirmed DLC.

I bought all the DLC for the first game, and I'm glad to see more great tracks are being promised for DLC in this one.

EDIT: Here's the first batch of DLC for Japan.

Blue Valkyrie

So looks like we create our own characters? Looks good from the game play.

Well one of the devs is a mobile game maker, so I think everyone saw it coming since it was plainly obvious even when the countdown was counting down.

I don't even know what countdown you are referring to because I have better things to do then pay attention to [parasitic bomb] like that.

Mirby

And yet you posted news on the shitty game it was counting down to.

Archer

Please don't talk to me, I'd really appreciate it.

Police Girl

So apparently nobody noticed, but Final Fantasy 3 is on steam now?

Its based off the DS/Android version, so Bravely Default style character models (even though FFIII did them first, whatever.).

Its also $15 while the other two that aren't online games are $11. Uh ok.

Archer

I noticed, I just didn't think it was worth pointing out.

Police Girl

Would've been something that's not a mobile game I guess.

Archer

But it is a port of the Android version, so it basically is.

True, but it was based off the DS version to begin with?
No matter, its cheaper to emulate it anyway.
