Yes, Round is a Double/Triple gimmick. You need to teach the move and select it with multiple 'mans in a single turn, and within that turn, its power doubles for every use (1st is 60, 2nd is 120, 3rd is 240).
Well, it took a while, but I finally managed to track down a Mild Mewtwo over GTS. And I swear this isn't intentional, but my ideal battle strategy for him is turning out to involve partnering with Gardevoire.
'course, in the highly unlikely event that anyone has a MODEST Mewtwo to part with, that'd work even better, and I'd have a Deoxys in it for them. Somehow I wound up with two of them...
