Huh, I see.

I asked because I've been using it for a while.

It is pretty damn useful. A little too useful (not like it's a bad thing).
Yeah it really helps if you decide to rotate Pokemon frequently.  Would have helped in Gen 5 since I didn't like the Starters in that game.

Wait in Inverse battling gives you Dusk Stones?  Also remember that Team Flare grunt in Laverre town that's just walking around?  After you beat the game he'll give you a Dusk Stone as repentance of Team Flare's Actions.  Of course that doesn't help with now.

Also there's a level in the Secret Super Training levels that give you a Dusk Stone once you're Pokemon's Effort Values are max.
Huh, that TF grunt huh, will note.
And I know of the Aegislash training, only got one out of 10 games.
Plus, I already have one that I found in the wild in Terminus Cave.

Well, from the guidebook...

Berries
Oran, Sitrus, Occa, Passho, Wacan, Rindo, Yache, Chople, Kebia, Shuca, Coba, Payapa, Tanga, Charti, Kasib, Haban, Colbur

Stones
Fire, Water, Leaf, Thunder, Moon, Sun, Shiny, Dusk, Dawn, Ever

Others
Rare Candy

If you do not have any fainted Pokemon, Inver will give 3 of one something.

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Quickman

I'll need to battle Inver again.  With Bulbapedia at the ready so I can actually stand a chance.

You know what really bothers me, there's only one Metal Coat in the game and you can't get more.  I mean granted I don't use Scizor and I can get the in game Steelix but it really bothers me, they don't even have it as a Battle Miason prize when you can get extra Sachets, Whipped Dreams and Reaper Cloths.

That's why you need to hunt for Magneton, 5% chance of holding Metal Coat. Metang and Bronzong works too, but they are Safaris.

Get a lead with Compoundeyes to increase the chance of hold items, then Thief/Covet/Switcheroo/Trick.

Oh okay that works, especially since Hypershell just gave me a Joltik with Compound Eyes.

If the Compoundeyes mechanic is the same as it was in Gen5...
Then Magnetons have a 20% chance of holding Metal Coat.

As a guide... 50% becomes 60%, 5% becomes 20% and 1% becomes 5%. I spammed this in B2W2 to get rare hold items. >_>

Also, it works even if the lead Compoundeyes has fainted.

That is a nice chance, I'll keep that in mind.

Oh, to put Puffs back, just move them back to the Puffs button and they go right back in your inventory.  This way you don't end up wasting them if your Pokemon isn't interested.

Just found that out when Runaway didn't want any Puffs after playing a bunch of games.  He full.

Yeah I found that out a long time ago but I have a feeling some people didn't know that.

Started playing Tile Puzzle Unlimited.  Holy [parasitic bomb], it's addicting.  Puzzle games... They are my crack.

Fed my team, they're full and happy.  Runaway is practically bloated with Puffs.  Pavorotti loves high-fives.  Still trying to get Mewtwo to high-five, but he won't.  Tried scratching his ears, but death glare.  Yeah, he really doesn't want anyone touching his head.  Everything else is fine, even his tail!  But woe betide anyone who tries to scratch behind his ears.  He only tolerates it in battle.

Well, I think I finally decorated the place how I want it.  Look, Mewtwo has guests! :D

Suddenly Foongus horde out on nowhere, well I better get to work since Escavalier doesn't have an area attack.

Foongus sound like squeaky toys.  They look like squeaky toys, too.

Honestly some mushrooms in real life look like that, especially button mushrooms.  Maybe enoki mushrooms if they weren't so tiny.

That looks more house warming than it should.  8D

Also, is there any reason why they get stuck back to the walls when you go roller skating, or bike riding? I never understood that, considering when they walk up to a wall, they just turn and walk the other way. But if you're using something else, they just roll around.

No, its simply supposed to be a cute animation of them getting tossed around in their pokeball because you're going too fast.

Mirby

Apparently this gen increased the odds of getting a shiny even further when using the Masuda Method.

Just so y'all know.

Man that sounds so horrible, if I get around to it maybe I'll put it in Fridge Horror in TvTropes since I have an account there, maybe.

Good to know.  Also a friend of mine was really persistent in getting a shiny Gardevoir with good IVs and the right nature and he succeeded.

When you use Surf, they bob up and down in place.

Some Pokemon don't like being spun around and flattened against the wall while you're biking.  They'll start jumping up and down.  I was riding the bike back and forth while hatching eggs, and Mewtwo started jumping up and down, and when I clicked the little sprite, he gave me a hell of a murderous death glare.

MEWTWO ANGRY

It took a bunch of Puffs, pets, and playtime before he was happy.  After that, when I do the egg-hatching bike runs, I make sure he's not out in Amie.

I don't even know what that is.

Maybe since I don't get shinies that's probably why. Unless its that Pokeradar thing again in which case I guess I know that.

It's when you breed a Pokemon with a foreign Pokemon from a different cart.  It has to do with ID numbers or something.

Oh right that thing.

Since I generally don't breed pokemon I guess that's not gonna be a thing that happens with my pokemon. :P
