Ugh, breeding for perfect IVs is almost not worth the effort (or will not be until I import my perfect IV Dittos from Black) and it is getting to the point where I believe Game Freak lied about the Destiny Knot. Hell, I gave a Torchic with "Loves to trash about" (AKA 31 Atk IVs) a Power Bracer to hold and some of its brood have "Proud of its power." What the [tornado fang]?

How do you get the other Stones like Thunder Stone, Sun Stone, and Moon Stone? The Stone Store just has the three (Fire, Water, Leaf) and nothing else after beating the Elite Four.

I think he was talking about regular training, regular training has 3 levels.

He could have also easily mistaken regular training for super training.
