I'm sure. Maybe if you pull out a cheap Mega Mewtwo when I'm not expecting it like 'shell you might have a chance.

Mega Tyranitar is very nearly Mega Mewtwo's equal in stats, barring weather disruption.  The auto-Sandstorm gives his already bulky Special Defense a 1.5x boost.

And Ruri, Speed Boost Blaziken is Uber according to Smogon.  Using that on your team waives your right to [sonic slicer] about legendaries.  There's a reason I picked Charizard over Mewtwo the first time I fought you; I'm willing to give people a good sporting chance, but I also don't care to pull any punches after someone's proven themselves capable, and I certainly do not expect my opponent to, either.  You've given me a sound thrashing in 3 out of 4 matches.  I have every confidence that you're competent enough to meet any challenge that I throw at you.

And challenge you I will.  As 'maru said, my team is far from final: It's only today that I'm able to even BEGIN to breed the Dragonite(s) that I actually want; I have numerous other team members to train and experiment from scratch, and not to mention have need of many BPs for TMs and proper hold items.  It'll be a while before I'm up to full force.  In the meantime, I'll be happy to rematch regardless.



I hate to say this, considering how absolutely stupid Mega Mewtwo Y looks, but he does have the greener grass when it comes to battle performance.  Mewtwo's physical movepool is considerably more limited than his special.

My team-building will be pretty slow.  I don't battle competitively, and I'm still getting used to all the changes the game has gone through over the years.  I'd like to get some more TMs for Mewtwo to choose from, as my selection is rather limited right now in moves that I actually like to use (I tend to go on the offensive, mostly).

Until I get around to building some decent teams, I'll be soundly and swiftly defeated in whatever match I'm in.  My current team was built to beat the game.  They did just that.  I trained for just that.

Just as one more nitpicky comment to add to the pile, why does the Pokemon Maison bother to include selectable battle music yet limits it to less than half of what is available for Wifi battles?  Really bites that the most awesome tracks in my book are 6 and 8 (Team Flare Grunt and Kalos Legend, respectively), yet Pokemon Maison allows only the first four.

While backtracking to pick up some Scatterbugs, I happened upon trainers I hadn't fought before, probably because I merely skipped them.  Those battles were sad.  Really sad.  I felt so horrible, the victories were so very hollow.

"Go, my level 4 Pikachu!"

Mine is set up with Thunder Wave, Flamethrower, Psycho Cut, and Aura Sphere.  He and Quacklin' are Team Capture.

Mewtwo is needy as hell in Pokemon-amie.  Granted, he's been battling a lot, but one minute, he wants fed, then the next, played with, then fed, then played with, then fed again.

Just a bit of info I'm hoping might help a few people ^u^

Shiny Pokémon are appear more often in Friend Safari IF your Friend is ONLINE and PLAYING X or Y at the same time you're playing Pokemon X or Y. Chose a Friend's Safari which is ONLINE.

• Keep a knocked out Pokémon with the Illuminate ability in front of your party (ex. Chinchou, which can be caught in Azure Bay) it increases random encounter rates.
• Make sure the person who owns the Safari is playing at the same time as you.
• Use your Bicycle in the grass.

Helpful for getting Shiny in FC Safari.
