I think you could get one via Super Training if you have a fully EV trained Pokemon which you probably do if you beat the game and used the Exp Share.  It's the Secret Training.

A pokemon level 41 and up with pickup with find one periodically. o3o Then there's the secret super training... I think.

It's the one where you fight Hydregion but it can also yield a Sun Stone.
