PET HIM!

But anyway, should they have the foresight to port it to iPad, I'd buy it.  Otherwise, I'll look into a 3DS.

The big problem, though, would be getting my Pokemon from Yellow and Silver into the new games.

Sakura Leic

I don't think they can port something that big on the iPad.

Quickman

They ported Knights of the Old Republic, recently.

Protoman Blues

Oh Quickie, I'll just buy you a 3DS & HeartGold for all the lovely drawings you've done for me over the years!  8)

Quickman

I still need to figure out how to get my Pokemon from Yellow to HeartGold.  They weren't transferred to Silver, as I didn't have a cable.

You can't do that Quickie.

Police Girl

Due to how the pokemon are programmed on the GB/GBC games, they're impossible to port to Gen III and above. (Something about bits or something, GB/GBC ones use two bits or whatever, Gen 3+ use 4 bits or whatever.)

If you want to get your pokemon back you should probably get a GBA and a copy of FireRed or something. :\

Sakura Leic

You can't transfer Pokemon from Fire Red until the Main Story is over.

Well can't you just catch them again in HeartGold?

Yeah most of the Gen 1 Pokemon are in the game, in fact they added a way to revive fossils when you're in the Kanto half.

Double-checking, yes.  I'll miss my old buddies from Yellow, but they can be replaced.

Off to Cerulean Cave! 8D

Protoman Blues

WOOT!

Once this vacation is done, Quickie, you'll have it heading your way!  8)

I like Shinx's design better, though I wonder if the two species are related.

I agree with this, but it's not too bad.  I just wish it wasn't part Normal, though I guess normal type moves will get STAB.  I'll only use it if I don't like the moves Fennekin's evo gets or if by the off chance it's part fighting.  If that happens Chespin will be my starter since I haven't picked Grass since Gen 1.
