I wonder if I should change my status to "I have Pokerus!"

Still need to infect more Pokemon.  My entire team is infected, currently, so I can stick one in the box, infect some lower-levels, and repeat the process on occasion until I have a large collection of carriers.

Then, when I get back home, they'll be up for trade.  Most will be fodder, but they'll be infected fodder.

I'll infect one of my trade fodders for you if you want it.  That way you'll have a carrier.
Yes please.

But given our time zones, let's do it over the weekend.

Well, if you get the chance, log on then. I have one for you up and ready, at least to breed.
Same thing with Quickie. Weekend? If not... I will be online in... 10 hours from now. ._.

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

I should be back this Saturday, so I'll pass you some infected fodder then.  Gives me time to infect more.

CephiYumi

I got the first badge and a skitty, those are really my only accomplishments so far.

Sakura Leic

I'll probably want to get an infected Pokemon too, as well as a Timid Ghastley.

THE PURPLE PLAGUE

Okay, I caught two extra Pawniard, both male.  One has Defiant as an Ability, so Cutty Sark went on the team for a bit and he's now infected.

I starred him to earmark him for trade.  Remind me to pull out Cutty Sark the Pawniard when we trade.

I have a Timid female Gastly.  I'll infect her and get her ready for trade.

Okay let's do it on Saturday or something.

Gastly is now infected and ready to go.

Sakura Leic

Yeah I'm actually doing homework right now.

I won't be home until Saturday, anyway.  Gives me time to infect more Pokemon.

I have three carriers, and I'll infect a few more later.  So long as I have at least one carrier, I can keep infecting more carriers.  Tropius may never be allowed to recover.

Dr. Wily II

We will forever remember Tropius for sacrificing itself for the good of all Pokemonkind.
Tropius. Patient Zero.

Good things.  Very good things.

I'll infect an extra Swirlix for you.

Sakura Leic

Pokerus is a beneficial virus that doubles the amount of Effort Values (EVs) you get.  Effort Values are one of the many factors that make some Pokemon stronger than others and competitive battlers in particular manipulate how many Effort Values they want for their stat, the max for one stat being 252 and overall for one Pokemon being 510.

You get Effort Values for battling Pokemon, each one providing a different EV, as well as Vitamins which provide 10 EVs each and each Pokemon can be given 10 Vitamins per stat as well as the new Super Training mini game in X and Y.  Other things that affect EVs are Power Items such as the Power Belt and Anklet which provides 4 extra EVs to a specific stat they represent and the Macho Brace which also Doubles Effort Values but all these items lower Speed when held in Battle, but not your base Speed of course.  The Juice Shoppe in Lumiose also can raise certain EVs depending on the drink.

There are also ways to erase EVs with certain Berries that lowers the Base Stat but raises Friendship such as Kelpsy and Tamato Berries, certain Juices in the Juice Shoppe and Reset Bags in Super Training.

There's some more to it but this is pretty much the gist of it.

You should see that one PR video... Where a Trainer runs from his Espurr, only to finally succumb to its psychic powers.
