I can't even get any Legendaries due to my lack of games and a system. I doubt they'll have any for Pokemon World Online.

I'm half-tempted to get a few Pokemon Rumble U figures on the off-chance that I ever get a Wii U and the game.

Also I plan on getting a Litleo, so if I got Charmander then...

Well, fully-evolved isn't ALL pokemon. Just the ones that can't evolve further. But, then again, even if all fully-evolved pokemon don't get mega evolution, they still better have a large number of them, at least 1 generation's worth of fully-evolved pokemon, getting it, otherwise there's not much point to it other than saying 'Hey! These popular pokemon can go super saiyan!'

I doubt they'd deny starters Mega-Evolutions.

I'd doubt they'd make Mega-Evolutions of more obscure pokemon like Smeargle though.

Has it been mentioned if you'll even choose your Kanto starter? I bet it'll be predetermined to complement your Unova starter, similar to the monkeys in BW
