My sister took us rock climbing, which I ended up loving a lot. It's easier than it sounds; the trick is to lean into the wall as you climb, turn your feet sideways as you step on a rock and maintain your momentum.

It's a bit intimidating when you're very high up, but you can steadily descend with the harness and hop on and off the wall, so you don't twist and hit your shoulder against something.

It was great fun! We ended our day with beer, ribs and fries.
