My family recipe Spaghetti & Meatball Sauce.  This is the one recipe I made sure I knew how to cook, cause I told my Mom I was never leaving home without mastering it.

Basically it's really just cooking meatballs, sweet Italian sausage, and Spear Rib, then letting them all simmer in a mixture of Tomato Sauce, Paste, and Puree for about 4-5 hours.  Leftovers are actually better cause the flavors have more time to mix!
