* Fireboy and Gutsboy were slightly based off of enemies from MM1. It's kind of a stretch. :/

Since Timeboy and Oilboy wouldn't fit on the first card, they got stuck with Trill and his brother Trino (which is Spanish for "trill"). Don't worry, kids, Capcom can't forget you if they've never heard of you!


* I agonized over Trill's colour scheme for a while; making his armour purple would've been too similar to my "Wily Megaman" concept. Finally settled on light blue and white, a la Megagirl.

...seems every time I draw any incarnation of Rock (barring my Neo-Rock, since he's an [dark hold]), he ends up as a cute bundle of girliness. :/ Maybe Ruby-Spears should've, too, just to get a laugh out of how many young boys they confused.
