Well..the idea I got with the Weapon get was either some kind of close range quick draw slash, a barrage of rapid slashes in Strider Hiryu's fashion or a regular shockwave...

Seriously? there exist a Kendoman in the EXE series? I didn't know...

Well if that's the case, I think we could go with it.

Does Kendoman fight with a wooden sword or with a real one?

Wooden. Also, he's in EXE4 (not sure if he's in both versions). He's Mr. Famous' Navi in that game. Basically, you go to find him in Netfrica to meet him, but he thinks you're one of his students. So he makes you go a defeat all his training dummies in a minigame. You do that, then see him again, and then say who you are. Then he's all "Oops, my bad" basically. Still, that's KendoMan.EXE

Though, truth be told, I like the more simple RM designs of around MM 3-5 the most.  These above are not those kind of RMs designs.

I remember creating my own robot masters too back in high school in my spare notebook. I do recall creating 3 sets of RM actually though I only drew mugshots and I also drew an actual stage layout for each of them.

Set 1

Set 2

• Barb Man

• Shrimp Man
• Ivory Man

Set 3

• Sky Man
• Mirror Man
• Solar Man
• Shallow Man...
• Clay Man

As Rockman 7 FC showed, you can pull off the 8-bit look with complicated RM designs.

That said, those designs look rather nice. The art seems convincingly official, too. Personally, I would change Saw Man (Canadian RM, FTW ) and Jet Man's names to "Lumber Man" and "Fighter Man", respectively. Also, Elemental Man's name should be shortened to "Element Man", to fit on the boss select.

Pull it off or not, which indeed Rockman 7 FC did, I still prefer the more simple designs.  Call me old fashioned.  For example, I will always prefer the 9 and 10 Robot Masters over the 7 and 8 more complicated RM designs.  

Of Xamoel's deviant art RMs, though I'd make some changes to make all of his designs more traditional and simple, I most like Saw Man, Toxic Man, Demolition Man, and Plasma Man.  But he did a good job with all of them.
