Yeeah, I couldn't think of a good way to color the aura/flame around the mask, so I left it out. :X

Gaia

There's always next time. >.<

I love how it came out though.

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

Sparky

Might as well repost this from the oekaki.

Despite how I was in the worst shape when drawing this, the overall design looks pretty neat. I think I'll revisit it in a medium with which I'm more familiar.

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

This is what comes to my mind when I imagine a human Litwick.

Mind you, this is just a rough sketch. I'll refine some design details later.

Archer

An original take on it; I like it!

Sparky

Just dropping off a related oekaki pic.

He spooked you, didn't he.

Hmm, an interesting take indeed.

And now for a new and improved Lampent personification.

Krystal

Needs more fire and gothic lolita :>

More fire? Yes.

More gothic lolita? NO. You'll have to go the other 15 art threads for that.

I was thinking of drawing Chandelure as a woman...

...An ugly, washed-up woman who's been overworked by a seedy Victorian brothel.  Either that or a creepy butler.

Hipster? Huh, that's a funny way to look at it.  I'm not that close for Chandelure's final design, really; those were just some first thoughts.

Not wanting to draw cute girls doesn't make you hipster, everyone has their own tastes in what they like to draw you know.

Sparky

This mental image was in my head for a while so I decided to just draw it.

Reaperoid

Just how obsessed do you need to be with your +robots -catgirls tripe?
You should have stuck with showing progress on the Chandelure and not this.

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

Krystal

Is that translucent vein-y skin? O.O

Blackhook

It actually looks like the flesh is rotting.

Sparky

Heh, sorry Rep. I won't do this again, I swear. D:

Okay, first attempt at Chandelure.

Yeah, I think I'll go with something else. This barely even looks like it. (Also this has weird legs).

disturbing.
Yet very cool.

ROBOCYBERVIXYBOTBORG 90000.

I like your coloring/shading style. You use colored pencils?

on Phantom Man, you don t have to have the whole aura colored, you could just make for example- an outline, a faint outline, or a slightly gradient-ed outline to show the flame/aura.

Also, I still cant help but imagine the Sparkvernian czar as looking like the evil sparkman in the cape. XD

That said, your new Czar is pretty neat. Dig his flip.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Sparky

Yeah, as of recently I adopted the use of oil-based color pencils. What attracted me to them is their supposed nature to not suffer wax blooms.

I still use my india ink pens sometimes, but as of now I go with the color pencils just to get used to them.
