Using traits from its Medicham parent, the Belly Dancer is able to achieve Mega Evolution with Medichamite.

The resultant Mega Evolution–known by the moniker of "Mega Belly Dancer"–gains the ability to create "spirit arms" utilizing its heightened psychic powers.  These arms are accompanied by four small, blue rings, which represent the ubiquitous pendulum carried by Hypno.

But with this game? Apparently, sexual themes are prevalent, so it will be far more challenging to omit that stuff.
