There are websites where you can order a specific piece. That's what alot of people over at Mechahub use as far as I know.

The ram controls a lot of things in the game. You could say it was the game's "Memory". By changing or freezing the ram, you can essentially change what will happen.

Rapid fire cheats tend to be the easiest as long as there is an on-screen limit. Although, there is usually a different address for Pellets, Speacial Weapons, and Charge Shots.
