You know what that baby Corgi reminds me of, that plastic bag thing with some kind of liquid that seems to be a liquid slinky.  Does anyone know what they are called?

After some googling, it seems the most common name for them is a water snake or water tube (usually with the word "slippery" tacked onto the front).
