I think its just a stylistic choice.

It's that way in Unleashed as well, if you opened the models in an editor/viewer you would see both mouths, but in-game they normally hide the one that isn't near the camera. I don't know how they hide it but for whatever reason in that image it didn't work.

Jobs. Also, if you learn to walk or ride a bike, you don't have to pay for a car or car insurance.

I wonder if there is insurance for in case your body damages the other person's car.
