I really like Usagi's outfit, I like the others too but the neck line kind of reveals too much for my liking.

Way too much, especially with the lack of bra and boobs so big. 

As someone with big boobs that's just not comfortable to have your boobs flopping all over the place while wearing normal clothes, particularly with clothes with such a low neck line with the possibility of a major wardrobe malfunction being very possible.  I feel sorry for them for putting up with that.

They could have put some kind of layer underneath or better yet rework the outfit to lessen the neckline or even have no neckline in the first place, a dress like that looks much sexier without a neckline or having a narrower neck line in my opinion.  Honestly there're tons of ways to make an outfit sexy, realistic and comfortable all at the same time.

Well, like some Hollywood stars do at award ceremonies, they probably would have something that helps with that. Double sided tape or some kind of glue, I'd imagine.
