It's not a joke; ZONE is a huge fan of Skullgirls and contributed a lot during the Indiegogo campaign to help Lab Zero Games back on their feet.

I'm preeeeeeetty sure that while, yes, Zone is actually working with the Lab Zero people now, the Zone-tan thing is entirely an April Fools thing.

Yeah, besides the stage for each of the new characters, they'd already mentioned there'd be two stages dedicated to the fancharacters of the patron saint contributors (this and a ballroom iirc). The progress on this is looking really great.

Eh, so, when are they doing the voting for the 3rd and 4th DLC character? I'm planning on voting for Minette and Bloody Marie but I don't know when it's going to happen or how they plan on voting. Do I simply send an e-mail to them about my vote or wait for an official e-mail from them to ask you about it?

I don't want to miss the voting process and not get my chance to vote for the character I want!

Man! Sorry guys! My internet was down for more than a week so I couldn't continue the updates with the character poll! But here it is

Round 3 of the first Skullgirls Character Poll is complete, resulting the following remaining fighters, in alphabetical order:

Aeon / エイオン
Annie / アニー
Eliza / イライザ
Minette / ミネット

This is it: the fourth and final round. One of these four characters will become the new DLC character with their own Story Mode and Stage for Skullgirls! I've voted for Minette so here's to hoping she makes it in! ^_^

Why do I have to pay to vote?

I know I'm complaining over a mere a $1, but with the crap I am dealing with house repairs, I doubt I can walk up to my parents and ask "Can I use a dollar to vote on something for a video game I'm playing?" God, why does this have to get in my way all the time? It sucks...

Well maybe your character you want will be voted for to be in the game, but I'm hoping for Minette first!
