+1 for the jeans lower than boxers (lolgangsta) look. For how much money gets spent to look poor like that.... It's just sad. XD

losing our values over the past few centuries

cool story

Alice in Entropy

Honestly, I have no regard for the concept of fashion; lord knows if I had a gentleman's tuxedo and top hat, I'd wear them around town, and I'd enjoy it! But to give this post some purpose, I'll share some articles of clothing that peeve me:

- Drainpipe jeans: I just think they're...bizzare. I like wide-legged jeans, but drainpipes are just too narrow to be functional. I've seen girls wearing them, and they make their legs look like toothpicks attached to their body.
- Wooly jumpers: I usually refuse to wear these. Not actually because of how they look, I just think they're itchy and uncomfortable.
- Jeans worn below the waist: I have nothing to add, so I'll just agree with what's been said.
- Slipper shoes: You know, those funny little shoes that look like slippers? I think they're more funny than ugly, especially checkered ones.

Of course, I wouldn't go out of my way to tell someone I hate their clothes or nag them for their fashion sense. I don't get the point in it.

They are like wierd shoes, they go up about 2-3 inches off your shin.
But only girls wear them, and the ones who wear them are somewhat attractive. So that's good. I guess.

Other than that, Any shoe that girls wear with out socks that come off easily. Nobody wants to see gross bare feet in class.

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

Saracsim as usual. (goes to fix) Anyway, I really not have seen those kind of fashion around my area, and on TV (particually mostly when I see them, it's part of a tribal/fantasy thing, so yeah, I don't know)

For the record, Crocs getting caught in escalotors aren't the problem.  That can entirely be blamed on stupid people.  Those are the people who don't walk up the freakin thing and treat it as a ride, then don't pay attention when the "ride" is coming to an end and thus get their Crocs caught and get their foot shredded, which they deserve.  If I saw something like that, I'd laugh my ass off then move along.

Having said that, I only wear Crocs around the house.  For outside, I wear Merrell's or Timberland Boots for harsher weather.

Nekomata

No shirt, no shoes, no problem.

Quickman

I only wear Crocs (well, the cheap Wal-mart brand of Crocs) around the house as well.  Outside, it's my beloved Converse.

Anywho, seeing people wear their pyjamas in public irks me as it seems to me that those people are too damn lazy to even properly get dressed.  Seeing people wearing clothing that is clearly too small and petite for their body size is disgusting.  And I absolutely hate it when people wear gallons of cheap perfume/cologne.  It causes me throat to close up.

Other than that, people can wear mismatched tacky clothing all they want.  I really don't care.  Just make sure the clothes fit properly and are proper outer wear and not pyjamas.

not clothing, but i totally agree. i've been saying this for years: there's no way women find the smell of male body sprays attractive. there's nothing nice about those smells. perfume is just as bad. my sister wears really strong stuff that smells like nuclear waste. she can't like the smell either. she must only wear it to cover up the smell of cigarettes and alcohol on her body.

Perfume & cologne have always been no-nos for me but that's because like Quickie I clog up badly with it around. Meanwhile, this isn't so much a fashion police moment as it is just a universal "wat". If you know you want to wear all white anything (especially sneakers), stop bitching when it shows a mark or two or if someone bumps into them. It's not that serious. XD

I only really wear a little bit of perfume for special occasions only.  But what I don't understand is make up seriously why wear it everyday and destroy your skin?  I only wear natural looking make up to formal parties and goth makeup for Halloween costumes and stuff like that and never mascara.

Seriously why put animal fat and grease on your eyelashes?  It looks ugly to me especaily when it makes the eyelashes unnaturally black, thick, clumpy, and if the animal fat/grease is bad your eye gets infected so yeah no mascara plus I bet like 10% poke their eyes out with them and eye pencils anyway.

Probably the same reason why women wear high heels, or wore corsets in the 1800's.

I think natural looks a lot better, but that's just me.

Now that's different thing altogether. That's more like hygienic problem.

Natural is always the best, just don't be too natural to not take a bath.  XD

I know huh high heels I understand but corsets no only make it really hard to breath but rearrange your organs as well.  It just goes to show being "beautiful" hurts.
