Someone added a 13th Zodiac sign, so that reshuffled the dates around.  The dates are as follows:

Quote
Capricorn: Jan. 20 - Feb. 16
Aquarius: Feb. 16 - March 11
Pisces: March 11- April 18
Aries: April 18 - May 13
Taurus: May 13 - June 21
Gemini: June 21 - July 20
Cancer: July 20 - Aug. 10
Leo: Aug. 10 - Sept. 16
Virgo: Sept. 16 - Oct. 30
Libra: Oct. 30 - Nov. 23
Scorpio: Nov. 23 - Nov. 29
Ophiuchus: Nov. 29 - Dec. 17
Sagittarius: Dec. 17 - Jan. 20

Assuming that this isn't total bs, I'm a Sagittarius now.

I wanted Leo >__>

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

Libra to Virgo? Complete and total downgrade for myself. XD

Let's just pretend that the 13th star name doesn't count like we always did before. :P

Ophiucus isn't a Zodiacal constellation, it just happens to lie on the Zodiac belt. Therefore, this isn't true. We are all still the same signs as before.

So the evil 13th sign, Serpentarius, is a real sign now!
Apparently I'm a Gemini.

I am in the same Capricorn-to-Sagitarius situation. Buut I doubt the credibility of that; the Ophiuchus symbol has been there for a while now... just it's mostly ignored because the sun didn't start passing through it's constelation until 2009. [thanks wikipedia]

Also, I don't think there's many "official" stuff when it comes to astrology.

Following links leads to this: http://www.aolnews.com/2011/01/13/new-zodiac-sign-dates-causing-identity-crisis-on-twitter/
Quote
The signs of the zodiac were created by the ancient Babylonians, who believed that whatever constellation the sun was "in" when you were born helped shape who you are. But a "wobble" in the Earth's rotation means that the sun's placement in, say, late December is no longer where it was when the Babylonians created the system.

"When [astrologers] say that the sun is in Pisces, it's really not in Pisces," Parke Kunkle of the Minnesota Planetarium Society told the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Even more shocking: Kunkle and his colleagues say there should be a 13th sign, Ophiuchus. That's the constellation the sun is in from Nov. 29 to Dec. 17. Apparently, the Babylonians skipped Ophiuchus because they wanted there to be only 12 signs.
So yeah, they arbitrarily decided it wasn't a Zodiac sign, but scientists are saying they were wrong. And are you going to argue with SCIENTISTS?!

With the BS addition, I'm a Pisces now, and oddly enough, it fits...

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

yes. Why not? It was all a matter of personal preference to begin with. Some say there should be 12, others 13.

I still prefer being an Aries though.

Mmm, emphasis was to make it clear I was just being silly.
I don't really know anything about the Zodiac, myself.

The Zodiac signs and the belief that your personality and life is influenced by whichever one you are born under, falls into the area of "mysticism", and Scientists honestly have NO place in that. Their job is to SCIENCE.
SO Unless they can explain logically and/or scientifically, what difference it makes, then they shouldnt talk.

Now, Astrologists are another thing all together-

I think this just applies to people born now, because when you were born the planets weren't aligned like they are now.

Regardless, Astrology is pretty much all BS anyway.

Apparently with the addition of Ophiuchus I am now a Cancer-to-Gemini. Greeeat, this is why I don't pay attention to these things, so confusing.  -u-'

Workshop/DA/YT/Photobucket なにかんがえてるの!?
So its about ass now huh? EVEN THE ASS HAS 'EXCEEDED'!

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

I don't care who/what I am, no [tornado fang]ing constellation is going to tell me who/what I'm going to be.  That decision is up to ME and ME ONLY.

The same goes for everybody else. If some dumb [tornado fang] who reads his/her horoscope every day does not realize that, then that's too bad for them.

I apologize for the excessive frankness, but I really needed to get that off my chest.

Magnets, mother [tornado fang]er.

Anyways, this new 13th sign throws me into a.. Leo. Is that an upgrade? What the [tornado fang] is a Leo? Will it get me laid? Virgo certainly hasn't.
