Centaur Man's stage looks modern as heck. Like Oil Ocean Zone in the Sonic games.

It even has Anti-Gravity water.

The hell is up with that?

Fariator

It's a temple equipped with hi-tech technology, left by the ancients perhaps?... Yeah. His stage is rather unfitting for sure.
I didn't really think about it back in the days when I played the game. Not until years later when I started to think the "Centaur" part in his name, I understood what's wrong with it.

Also as rather off-topic, I also think Shadow Man has a rather unfitting stage too. Sewers, really?... Unless you're thinking about TMNT.

Yeah, I'd have to be with you on that one. Sure, a cave or something I wouldn't mind, but sewers?

You left out that one Ruins stage in Sonic Adventure. WALKING ON GLOWING WALLS LOLOLOL.

I learned that all things explode in slowmotion if you punch them hard enough.

You may have to be on fire for that to happen, though.

Seemed more mechanical to me. The mystical part lies with the "Snake room" as I like to call it. Y'know, with the giant snake you have to ride on and stuff.

It's the wierdest stage of MM6...They could have done so much with it but no...they gave us ROBOT PELICANS THAT THROW FISH!

Well, the tribe Knuckles and Tikal came from was -very- advanced in their time period, even the Echidnas from brotherhood had highly advanced Gizoids. And Oil Ocean was most likely an abandoned oil station that was flooded with oil too. But that's a diffrent series altogether.

I kinda thought that there were SOME out-of-place areas too. In Mega Man 8 in Astro Man's stage? Mets. Although they are a staple, I think they don't really fit in a stage that's almost constantly moving, changing, and a giant pit altogether.

Plus they aren't very space-ey.. But alas, they are the most COMMON enemy in the game, you find these herds in many stages. yep.

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

Protoman Blues

I always liked SnakeMan's stage cause really.....it's just a big building covered in snakes.

Acid

Some stages are easy to recognize, like Hard Man's

Others are weird.

Like Gemini Man's

Protoman Blues

RingMan's was always interesting as well.

Fariator

I also thought that it was quite lame that Burner Man had a forest stage, yet he didn't put it on fire or anything. He just waited there, seemingly burning nothing.

Align

It explodes into an inferno if you fail to destroy a specific enemy fast enough IIRC

Fariator

It does, but it doesn't have the same effect as using fire chip + charged attack with Zero in a forest stage in MMZ or so.

...And even then, it's a stage enemy burning the forest as far as we can see in the game. Show us some BUUURNer Man!

zuschzero

Flashman's stage doesn't make much sense either.

Align

The stones the level is made of keep flashing, y'know?

Acid

Does Quickman live in a laser factory?

Why does Crashman live in an orgy of yellow worms?

Protoman Blues

Or more to the point, why would BubbleMan surround himself with vicious, bubble popping spike balls?

The hell you talkin' about?

I remember from Professor Gerald's journal, that Gizoid/Emerl was found in ruins of an ancient civilization... or something. But I sure as heck don't remember any talk about Knuckles' ancestors. WHERE DO YOU GET SUCH AN INFO?

GET EQUIPPED WITH: SONIC THE HEDGEHOG: DARK BROTHERHOOD RPG.

And yes, I played it all the way through, and got my tank that is E-123 Omega (your main in-game tank is big, but Omega is a better alternative if you find him), and beaten the first run. But enough of this nonsense, BACK.. TO ADVENTURE!!

And why did Wily made Toadman? The sucker flinches with a regular buster shot.

Ha, ha... what? It was Cossack who created Toadman. : D

KoiDrake

But he made Skullman, and Pharaohman, freaking Ringman, and some others. How can that be?

I don't see what the difficulty is, they were pushovers. Then again, it could be that my brother set the entire disk to Easy Mode. Oh well, I'll get a chance to see on my second run.
