Its Juice (Most of the time, I think there's a tea flavor too.), and yes it is pretty good. You should try Bolthouse Farms Mango... well anything. Its pretty good.

Anyway, I'm drinking unhealthy energy drinks because i'm running on a good lack of sleep.

2% milk.  It is as close as I can get to whole milk without the ill effects.  Lactose intolerance for the lose.
