In case anyone hasn't heard by now, Phantom Breaker will be released outside of Japan in early 2012.

Main Characters (click to watch)
Mikoto: The music college student, has black hair and great sword. All round player with basic tricks.
Waka: Haja family, Kumon's oldest daughter is also oracle. She is good at long reach attack with naginata.
Itsuki: Once, she was born in wealthy family but now works as a maid, intend to be a hero. The powerful character with spin attack and dash.
Yuzuha: Sprightly young high-school girl is descendants of NINJA. She has high-speed and good at combo.

M: Called a scavenger, and power is lent to a phantom in order to fulfill it's destructive impulse. Tricky character of an offensive style.

Good thing I got back a bit of money from Xbox LIVE Rewards with the rebate to set to me at 800 (though I'm tempted to get Virtual-On: Operation Moongate if it's 400 MSP).

Now if only the fighting game would get here sooner... Seriously, WTF's keeping 7sixty from bringing this region ~~cock~~-blocked game here already? People are already getting mad about their pre-orders getting canceled... $:\$

Judging from the videos, they managed to retain most of the techniques and features of the retail fighter, like Emergency Mode (recovery) and Overdrive Mode (super moves). And even the Hard and Quick style evade modes appear to be showing up here. Can't wait to play as Itsuki-chan again~ ^^

In other news, I "completed" the fighting game, all the single player stuff is done, but it isn't fully 100% until I can find someone to help me with the Online matches. Developers always have to add Online achievements to their games.

The game screen is really busy with all those enemies and effects. It's hard to see what's going on, and in no way a good thing.

Wasn't Guardian Heroes like this too (which Battle Grounds is becoming more and more like but with 4P co-op instead of 2)?

Looks like I have to get another 1600 MSP card since I'm 600 short.

To an extent this is true, however Guardian Heroes had clearer, better proportioned sprites and effects. It helps a lot.

Word got out the Battle Grounds is already getting DLC treatment and its in development as we speak. The DLC will add another character to the roster and 100 Gamerscore points for 400 MSP.

-EDIT-
DLC will also cap bump the level cap from Lv.50 to Lv.99.
