1Gundam ("I-Gundam", since 0 Gundam is pronounced "O-Gundam" as well) only has one Drive in the back, but yes those are the beam sabers in the backs of the hands, like Servaee.

Pretty much the closest. The staff wanted to base Reborns on the Nu. Hence the sabers and GN Fin Fangs. Also mainly due to Evil Amuro.
