Honest to God, the first thing I seriously pay attention to on a woman is her face (mostly because expressions are the first thing that stick out in my mind). Depending on her actions and how she presents herself, then the eyes start wandering. It's a weird snowball effect that has yet to fail me.

Personally, I like cleavage between D and below. Anything bigger is just...I don't know, I just don't like excesively large breasts for some reason.
