Well, depending on which part of the internet, I may be going by any one of my multiple aliases (TreIII and BWX4 being among some of them).

But "Viewtiful Ben", my current name on RPM (til next crash....  8D) should be fairly obvious. It's based on Viewtiful Joe, which is probably one of my favorite games in the last few years, and probably my most "infamous" of Smash aliases, around my neck of the woods.

And well, Ben is my RL name.

I was drawing some Invader Zim art for my friend Lexi one day and I decided to draw Megaman in the same style as the show and I liked it.
At first I thought of Invader_Megaman but I thought Invader_Rock was mega better.  :D

Back in 2002, I joined a website (that is now closed though).

First I tried "Shadow". It was taken.
Then I tried "Shadow II" (read: Shadow the second, I was lame.), it was taken too!
Then I typed "Shadow II2" and it was accepted.  8D

I used that one for quite some time, until when I registered on to Newgrounds.com, where spaces aren't allowed...
I just typed "Shadowii2" and since then I have been using that.

I sometimes might use the alternative username, "Shattouwi" though. Like on my AIM.

That's pretty cool, i almost used my old AIM from way back, Mmxzero0021, i liked Megaman X and Zero the same and I was really into james bond hence 0021 (( agent 0021 =P )).

Well my name comes from long ago when Jet mode wrote a fanfic called Time line.( Get it here )There was a character in it named Tourian and I was only 13, so when I went to make a user name for AOL I decided to use Tourian, but I spelled it wrong. Afterward I found my mistake but decided I liked Turian better and ran with it. And now Microsoft decided to use my name in Mass Effect to name a alien race. Karma is a [sonic slicer].

O fine. I go by that on other MegaMan boards...Except for that time I went as Zet Sabretooth, but I didn't like that one too much.

Then I'm like "...Kay, let's be Legendary and see how that goes."

And the crowd continues to go wild. =D

My name came from this idea i had in my head , of a normal freefloating soul in our world , except it can change into any animal , made out of bent light, and i made a whole story for him , And his name is SoulAnimal :D

My username? Well...

There's a long story, but to make it short I once called myself Kharana, but, to my surprise, there was someone who called himself Kharana as well(tough I'm not sure if it was a guy or a girl, oh and he/she was from Sonic community too, just like me).

So, I decided to come up with a better nickname, tough I didn't have any idea so, what did I do? I stayed with my original username: "Lord Forte". Until, one day I was thinking up characters for my ORIGINAL FANTASY AND SCIENCE FICTION story, and I tought that I will have a demon named Kharana in it. Then I tought: "Maybe he should have a brother", and I was thinking when suddenly it hit me, KHARAXEL. "I will call the [Top Spin] Kharaxel!" I said, and took on this username. Yeah, That is the true story.

Jesus. It was supposed to be short. Oh well, whatever.

Mine is simple.

It is a name a few of my friends decided to call me back in middle school. The thing is that it actually took, and that became my nickname... Go figure.
