(Sapph would have a DARK blue set of swim trunks... Maybe a tank top too to hide his scars. >.>)

(As for what Mewtwo would be up to...  He'd be curled up somewhere taking a nap.  Cats and water, you know. )

[Pyro]

Back in Cinnabar. Pyro cooed as he marveled at the glistening Volcano Badge and pulled out the Heat Badge from his region, "Much like mine but I don't have that one. I want!"

[Sakura Leic]

The Sakura, Sapph and Quickie arrived at the indoor pool with Sakura being the most excited.  The pool was huge and was more than enough to accommodate all of them.

"This pool looks awesome!" Sakura yelled.

She was currently wearing a beige Tankini with black straps and a pair of teal boy shorts.  In the middle of the bust line was a small hole the showed a little bit of her cleavage. 

As Sakura was admiring the pool Mewtwo teleported in looking completely disgusted.

"What happened?" Quickie asked

"I don't want to talk about it." Mewtwo replied as he went to the far end of the room and curled up.

"Well what are we waiting for let's get in!" Sakura squealed. 

She put down her bag and immediately jumped into the water.  The water was warm and reminded her of the warm waters of Hoenn unlike the cold waters of Sinnoh and Unova.  In short Sakura was very happy.

From the bag a white flash shined and from it came Sakura's Milotic Venus. 

"Oh you want to swim too Venus?" Sakura asked

"Mi!" Venus cried

"Well come in the water is great!" Sakura smiled.

The Milotic dived into the water and made her way toward Sakura looking content.   Sakura decided that at that moment that this was the best part of her journey so far.

(One way to make sure someone is from Hoenn is a great love of water.)

[Dr. Wily II]

"GOOD!! I heartily accept your challenge!! Follow me, I'll bring you to my Gym!!"

Dr. Wily II walked off ahead of the young boy, turning back to ensure that the boy is following behind him.

[Pyro]

Pyro followed Dr. Wily II to the gym but picked up Wil Wheaton, Corey Feldman, and Jerry O'Connell along the way and the quartet chanted along with Memphis.

"'Have gun, will travel' reads the card of a man
A knight without armor in a savage land!"

[Sakura Leic]

(Danm it my dad watches that show so much.)

[Dr. Wily II]

Dr. Wily II turned to see the motley crew behind him, singing a strange song... Even the young boy's Pokemon joined in the fray. Dr. Wily II stared a bit longer, before slowly turning to face forward again, continuing towards his Gym... If only the trip was shorter, he thought.

[Pyro]

Once they reached the front door of the gym, Wil Wheaton and his crew continued on their way singing "The Ballad of Paladin." Pyro waved at them and grinned from ear to ear before he just remembered something.

"I forgot to ask them to sign my platypus!"

[Sakura Leic]

(You can sign a platypus? )

[Dr. Wily II]

Dr. Wily II grinned, although that grin seemed to have frozen in place.

"Anyways... Welcome to the Cinnabar Island Gym!!"

Dr. Wily II swung both doors open, a blinding flash emanated from the inside. Once the light died down, one can clearing see different kinds of machinery flanking the sides, but the most pominent feature was a bit further in. Inside, right at the center, was what looked like a piece of land, suspended by metal chains on each of the 4 corners, connected to 4 very thick metal pillars. And that piece of land was suspended over a pit of slowly bubbling lava, one could feel the heat even from the entrance, and light smoke was rising into the air. There was no roof over that piece of land, with the full sunlight shining down.

"I hope you are ready, young Trainer. If not, you'll be burnt!! BADLY!!"

(With that... *poofs*)

[Pyro]

Pyro pulled out a stick, a bag of marshmallows, and all the things he needed make some s'mores to take advantage of the convection from the lava lake. Before he could roast some 'mallows he pulled out two Pokeballs and released his Blaziken (Firebrawl) and Garchomp (Jawbreaker.) Then he pulled out a lawn chair to sit on.

"Blaziken!" Firebrawl impatiently growled to his trainer to chastise his trainer's nonchalance.

"Relax, 'Brawl," Pyro said after he slipped on some sunglasses, "This'll be too fun."

[Sapphire Knight]

Sapph let out a relaxed sigh and looked around at the indoor pool, amazed at how it was much bigger than most public pools he had seen. He was wearing a pair of dark blue (near-black) swim trunks and a skin-tight, lighter blue tank top to hide his scars. Hero had followed him in, the absol simply finding a spot off to the side to curl up. "I bet that Crash and Fang would love this." He said, Hero simply sighing and shaking his head.

As with Sakura's Milotic, one of Sapph's pokemon let themselves out of their pokeball to join in the swimming, one that nobody would expect. His tyranitar, Kaiser.

"Oh yeah, I forgot that you're an oddity among rock types and actually LIKE the water." Sapph said, getting a grin and nod from the large green rock-and-dark-type. "Just remember to lower yourself in slowly this time. Remember what happened last time you jumped into an indoor pool." He reminded, turning to the pool and charging. At the very edge of it, he jumped, curled up, and dropped in with a large splash.

Kaiser lightly walked over to the pool and gingerly lowered himself into the water.

[Pyro]

Watching the young boy's rather nonchalant reaction to his Gym, sort of pricked him, but... Given what this Trainer had shown, he's definitely not someone to underestimate. Looking at the Blaziken, and the very fit-looking Garchomp, Dr. Wily II definitely needed to up his game for this challenge.

"I never really got your name, young Trainer. How so I address you?"

[Sakura Leic]

Venus looked over to Kaiser wondering how a Rock-type could possibly like water.  She then swam over to him in curiosity.

[Dr. Wily II]

(Maybe Kaiser is like that one Surfing Rhydon in the anime. )

(No it's a Surfing Pikachu in disguise.)

[Protoman Blues]

Karen and Lt. PB walked into the indoor pool, PB in Electabuzz color designed swimming trunks while Karen was in an Umbreon style bikini, still arguing over who would've won the last battle had Mewtwo not interrupted.

"YOU WERE GOING DOWN, YOU SHADOWY [sonic slicer]!!" Lt. PB dramatically yelled.

"IN YOUR DREAMS, LIGHT CHUMP!!" Karen dramatically yelled back before diving in the pool.

"HAHAHAHA!!!! YOU CALL THAT A DIVE?! OBSERVE!!" Lt. PB yelled as he dove in after her.

"You know, this is the first time I've seen him without shades on!" Sakura commented to Quickie after watching the dive.

"I've traveled with him for years, and this is probably the fourth time I've ever seen them off of him!" Quickie laughed.

Lt. PB and Karen swam over to the group. "Sakura, Sapph. I'd like you to meet Karen!" Lt. PB said.

[Sakura Leic]

"It's very nice to meet you." Sakura said politely.  From what she heard she didn't seem to be as dull as the other Elite 4 members she met, save for Sapph.

[Quickman]

Quickie climbed out of the pool to retrieve some pool toys.  "And you've already met Mewtwo."  She nodded to the grumpy clone curled up on the floor in a secluded corner.  Quickie grabbed one of the towels, unfolded it, slapped across the floor in her bare feet, and draped it over Mewtwo, who lifted his head for a moment before returning to his nap.  

"If you want to drag him into the pool," Quickie returned to the side of the pool, "do so at your own risk.  I'm not responsible for what he does."  She jumped into the air, curled into a ball, and splashed down in the deep end, surfacing a moment later, short hair plastered to her head.

[Protoman Blues]

"HA!! HE'S NO MATCH FOR MY DARK POKEMON!!!" Karen arrogantly yelled out!

"Ummm Baby....I think he knows Aura Sphere now!" Lt. PB whispered.

"I FEAR NOT THAT MOVE!!" Karen proudly stated. "MY LOVE OF THE DARKNESS WILL QUELL HIS INTERRUPTING WAYS!! HAHAHAHA!!!"

"HAHAHAHA!!!!" Lt. PB laughed in unison with Karen.

Quickie just facepalmed as Sapph sighed. "Oh Aura Sphere. It's okay Kaiser. You're still the best!"

[Sakura Leic]

"Yep I can see why they ended up to together."  Sakura thought.  She then thought of someone she met 2 years ago but immediately pushed the thought aside.
