"Thank you," Mewtwo nodded and took a moment to finish his doughnut. He reached for another and turned it over in his hands, studying it. He finally glanced up, placing the doughnut on the table before him. "What is this 'psych eval' that Dr. Yeung was discussing with you? I have heard the terminology before, as Lexi had mentioned taking one. I did not inquire into the nature of it, however, as it was not my business."

Meanwhile, back at the station...
Misty excused herself outside to make a phone call. She dialed the number and waited for an answer. "Hey Brock, I'm not bothering you, am I?"
"I just got out of class," Brock replied. "We had lab today, I had Marion Joy for a partner. Got to practice sticking each other. She said I was real gentle!"
Misty laughed along with Brock. "Caught you at the right time, then. I gotta talk to you about something. Remember Mewtwo?"
There was some fumbling on the other end and the jingling of car keys. "Yeah."
"Have you been watching the news?"
"No," Brock's reply was punctuated by another round of fumbling, "been too busy. I'm interning after class, then I do homework and go to bed. Don't have time for much else."
Misty nodded slowly. "Well, long story short, Mewtwo's in trouble. Vermilion City PD picked him up, and Team Rocket are going to trial to get him back. We need all the evidence we can get to keep him out of their hands, so they're after any witnesses who can testify."
There was a sigh. "Misty... I'd love to help, I really do... but I'm too busy. I need to head on over to the Pokemon Center for my shift. I'm late as it is."
"You don't have to come over," Misty reiterated, "they just need a statement. When you can, could you write one up?"
There was a pause as Brock started his car. "Yeah, I can do that. If it's not too busy tonight, I'll get to it. I can't make any promises, though. Nurse Joy is helping me study, I have an exam coming up." There was another pause. "Tell Mewtwo I said 'hi' and I hope things work out. Where is he?"
"Pokemon Institute," Misty answered. "They sent him over there this morning. Said they plan to keep him there for the duration."
"He can't be too happy about that," Brock's voice was flat. There was another pause, and some rummaging. "Hey, I have to choose a residency soon. Vermilion City Pokemon Institute, right? I'll talk to my advisor, see if I can get in once a week. I can't make any promises, and I think the soonest I can get in is a week or so, but I'll see what I can do. I'll see if I can put another internship toward my residency, and if I can, I might be able to get over there once a week for an evening shift. I'll mention Mewtwo, see if that'll get me in sooner."
"That'd be great, if you can," Misty smiled. "Thanks, I won't keep ya."
"Good to hear from you, again," Brock rummaged some more, "I'm heading out, I'll get that statement out to Vermilion by tomorrow morning. See ya."
"Bye," Misty hung up and went back inside, looking for Phoenix.
